Spanning over 22 years, Jody initially pursued a career in the banking and finance industry. In 2010 Jody found her niche in change management where she excelled at engaging stakeholders in meaningful ways; building trust, awareness and familiarity to ensure our clients and their teams seamlessly transition through change.

Jody offers change management services that add value throughout project stages. By taking a pragmatic and detailed approach Jody seamlessly merges robust change methods with implementation actions guiding stakeholders and clients through change. Jody establishes clear objectives and targets linked to client strategies whilst at all times considering risks and impacts when making decisions.

Eloise is passionate about providing great outcomes for all involved and strives to ensure everyone’s requirements are heard and accounted for when making decisions.

Having recently graduated with a degree in Construction Management from Queensland University of Technology, and 3 years experience working in the construction industry, Eloise has honed her skills in Contract Administration and deepened her construction knowledge throughout these years.

Eloise’s energetic and welcoming attitude allows her to create lasting relationships with clients, consultants and contractors. She is an outgoing and reliable person who enjoys working with others as a team and overcoming challenges collaboratively.

Eloise has a passion for learning and problem solving and continues working towards the best outcome for her clients through forward thinking, ensuring all aspects of their vision have been catered for.

Emma believes that a cohesive team, respect, and positivity are essential elements to delivering a successful project.

Emma is currently in her final year studying a bachelor’s degree in Urban Development majoring in Construction Management and Accounting at Queensland University of Technology.

Beginning her career within the built environment, Emma provides project administration support through all stages of design and construction projects.  

She is passionate about exploring and understanding innovative ways of solving problems through all phases of the design and construction process.

Emma prides herself in assisting on high quality, cost effective and on time projects for IncitePM’s clients.
