Our client obtained a development approval to demolish the existing residential building on the site and construct a new 80 place single storey childcare centre.
IncitePM were engaged to manage the design, approvals process, procurement and construction of the new childcare centre. The design was fully documented by ACS’s consultancy team, and a competitive tender was carried out and a lump sum, fixed time and fixed price contract was awarded.
