IncitePM were engaged to project manage design, obtaining approvals, procurement, fitout and relocation for Hyne Timber’s new 560sqm Brisbane office. Hyne’s brief was for a contemporary workplace design that was connected, flexible and technology enabled. With a focus on creating a workplace that encourages staff to return to the office.
Through detailed consultation with Hyne’s representatives and executive team we delivered a workplace solution and an environment that supports Hyne’s culture and promotes productivity. The new workplace displays Hyne Timber’s range of timber products in a creative way, showcasing their brand while creating a workspace to feel proud of.
Our project team engaged the internal Hyne teams in meaningful ways building awareness and familiarity with their new workplace. Detailed communication and relocation plans resulted in a seamless transition with minimal disruption to Hyne’s business.
