IncitePM were engaged to project manage the design, approvals process, procurement and construction of a new hotel in the heritage listed Collins Place building in Anthony John Group’s Southpoint development at South Bank in Brisbane. Solotel’s vision was to take patrons on a journey, immersing them in a laid back, old Queenslander-style house party, with a friendly atmosphere and plenty of live music.
Collins Place was constructed in 1889. The Hotel occupies all of the ground floor and level 1 of Collins Place, with storage located in the basement.
