IncitePM were engaged to provide superintendent services for the design and construction of a 93-guest room hotel over 4 levels with a basement car park. The hotel is located at 64 James Street, Fortitude Valley Queensland with the recently refurbished Queens Arms hotel providing food and beverage services to Sage Hotel customers.
Upon completion the hotel was handed over to the new operator Silverneedle Hospitality. The project needed to comply with Silverneedle’s design requirements included in the development documentation.
