IncitePM were engage to project manage the design, approvals process, procurement and fitout of Sunwater’s new 3000sqm Brisbane head office. Sunwater’s brief was for a contemporary workplace design that was connected, flexible and technology enabled.
Through detailed consultation with Sunwater’s representatives and executive team we delivered a workplace solution that is future ready to support their new business culture and collaborative business model. The new workplace design meant team members would be required to work and interact differently when they arrived at their new premises.
Our project team engaged the internal Sunwater teams in meaningful ways building awareness and familiarity of open plan and collaboration spaces ensuring that on day one staff felt empowered, capable and confident. A detailed relocation plan resulted in a seamless transition with minimal disruption to Sunwater’s business.
